As a founding member of KordaMentha Real Estate, Steven has built a strong reputation over 20 years for his knowledge of the entire property development life cycle, from site acquisition through to project completion and everything in between. His ability to think strategically and his experience in managing risk ensures that projects are always conceived and delivered with a high degree of success.

He has a background in valuation and is adept at working with numerous stakeholders to steer projects from early blueprint stage to completion. Steven was inspired by his entrepreneurial family with a history in property development, to forge his own successful path in the industry and create a legacy of outstanding projects.

Mark Korda is one of Australia’s most trusted and respected business professionals, with a 40-year career in accounting, business advisory and restructuring. In 2002, alongside long-time business partner, Mark Mentha, he founded KordaMentha, one of Australia’s top investment and advisory firms.

Mark’s involvement in real estate is extensive including privately as an investor and developer as well as being a strategic advisor on some of the largest real estate restructuring engagements in Australia. He also established the real estate investment and advisory practices of both KordaMentha and Arthur Andersen in Australia.

Mark’s real estate experience and insight provides an invaluable contribution to the growth and success of KM Develop.

In 2017 Mark received a Doctor of Business (Hons) from Swinburne University and in 2021, Mark was appointed President of Collingwood Football Club. He is also a principal sponsor of the charities, Friday Night School and Chain Reaction.
